If your computer is slow, or behaving oddly, the problem is probably with

In-House Hardware Repair & Support
Repair Rate – $80/hr
Express Rate (50% more) – $120/hr

On-Site Service Details
Pick-up for Service. $25
This includes disconnecting the computer, filling out appropriate paperwork, and bringing
your computer to the store to have our in house service department fix your system.
We will ascertain the condition of the computer before we unplug anything.
Drop-off after Service. $35 Install a printer at Drop-off: +$15
This includes reconnecting your computer at your house. Then powering the computer on,
and making sure that you can connect to the internet. This does not include diagnostic of
connection problems at your home, there will be an extra charge for that. (This will be charged
on an hourly basis, at $80 per hour.)
Install a Printer. With Disks: $35 No Disks: $50
This service includes connecting the printer to the computer, installing software for the
printer, and printing a test page from the computer that it is connected to.
Setup a New Router or Reconfigure an existing Router.
Fee will be based on an hourly rate of $80 per hour.
This service covers installing a new wireless router, installing software to get the router
up and running, and making sure that your (1-2) computer(s) will connect to the router.
Or, we will resolve issues with an existing router after system repair.
Travel Charges:
The first 30 minutes of travel is free, any extra time beyond that will be charged based on a $40 per hour rate.
Tasks we won’t do on-site include:
Operating System diagnosis (infected, slow, etc), or hardware diagnosis ;
Scanning for viruses, spyware and other malware;
Instructions or problem-solving for specific programs (how to use Outlook, Word, etc) ;
Complex hardware repairs (motherboard replacements, hard drive repairs, etc) ;
We don’t have time to optimize your computer at your home;

We understand that you may be having issues with your computer, and we would be
more than happy to assist you, but there are some things we cannot do at your house.
Most problems require time to properly diagnose and correct. Therefore, most complex
issues will have to be solved by our service department at the store.
